A multi-level dining and entertainment venue, featuring a restaurant, bar and regular club nights.

The menu features Pan-Asian and contemporary Australian cuisine, while the cocktail and drinks list were developed by the award-winning bartender, David Debattista.

Whiskey drinkers will be drawn to the The Whiskey Boutique lounge, where you can sample and buy a huge range of whiskies.

Located in a heritage listed building, Ms Collins can hold up to 850 people, and can be sectioned off into 12 private spaces for parties.
