Hakata Gensuke Carlton serves traditional Yatai-style ramen noodles.

The signature dish of handmade ramen is served in a flavourful and rich soup, topped with a marinated pork belly cha-shu and simmered for up to nine hours.

The dish is prepared with a special blend of soy sauce created by Chef Kousuke Yoshimura, taking the slurp-worthy ramen to a whole new level.
