Owner and chef Johnny di Francesco is the first Australian ever trained in Naples to the 'Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana' rules. In 2014 he was given the accolade of having the 'best pizza in the world' for his margherita.
The restaurant celebrates the cuisine of Naples, with seafood on the menu as well as Italian staples like pasta and risotto. But the pizza is clearly the star of the show.
