Fish and Pickles Shan Chang Wai is a renowned restaurant brand in China, specialising in traditional Sichuan cuisine.

Known by the locals as 'Suan Cai Yu', the much-loved hot and sour fish stew with pickled vegetable is a dish meant for sharing.

Thinly sliced fish is poached in an aromatic and rich broth of Sichuan pickles and peppercorn. A piquant, and zesty taste is what makes this dish unique.

Fish and Pickles Shan Cheng Wai's carefully-guarded secret recipe combines fresh, locally-sourced fish with traditional pickling methods to bring an exciting and novel experience to Melbourne.
