Exford Hotel

  • Pub
  • Casual dining

A historic pub with a great atmosphere and a wide range of local and imported beers, the Exford is now showing Foxsports so you can watch all your favourite sports live on the big screens.

The beautiful heritage-style building was built in 1854 and has since been restored without losing its original character. Ornate pressed-metal ceilings and stained-glass windows adorn the main public bar, giving the Exford a feel of Melbourne pub life in the past. In contrast, the upstairs Wintergarden Room is an elegantly designed lounge bar.

The Exford also has an 80-bed dorm facility for backpackers.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.

We accept the invitation in the Uluru Statement from the Heart and are committed to walking together to build a better future. For more information, visit Aboriginal Melbourne.
