Drums – Sri Lankan Streetfood

  • Restaurant
  • Takeaway

Located at the Queen Victoria Market, Drums Café has been serving authentic Sri Lankan and Indian cuisine for more than two decades.

Try a traditional Sri Lankan kottu roti served with devilled chicken, or a great value Indian combination meal of rice, chicken tikka, lamb vindaloo, vegetable curry, salad, pappadum and mango lassi.

The casual eatery is known for its fresh and flavoursome meals, taking advantage of the premium produce available from nearby market vendors.

If you’re on the go, you can also pick up a takeaway meal or grab a chai tea.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.

We accept the invitation in the Uluru Statement from the Heart and are committed to walking together to build a better future. For more information, visit Aboriginal Melbourne.
