Common Cuts is a craft-led city grill and dining room, where fire, flavour and music co-exist.
The menu spans accessible yet premium cuts, from steak frites of wagyu flank or Angus rostbiff cooked over charcoal to full-blood Wagyu and A5 Kumamoto, alongside steak tartare, Wagyu brisket lasagne with bone marrow and a burger that can be upgraded to a Wagyu-on-Wagyu blowout.
A DJ booth fronts a wall of vinyl records, with guest DJs and late-night hours completing the experience.
