Bloomwood

  • Cafe

Bloomwood is known for its refined pastries, specialty coffee and matcha. Inspired by nostalgic Asian flavours and classic European baking techniques, Bloomwood focuses on artisan viennoiserie, laminated pastries and elevated everyday bakery items.

The Galleria location expands on the original Bloomwood concept with a Japandi-inspired space designed for the CBD crowd, offering signature pastries like their flower pastry, shio pan, croissant scrolls and seasonal specials alongside curated coffee and matcha drinks.

The menu balances indulgent creations with more everyday grab-and-go options, all made with premium ingredients and a strong focus on craftsmanship, consistency and presentation.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.

We accept the invitation in the Uluru Statement from the Heart and are committed to walking together to build a better future. For more information, visit Aboriginal Melbourne.
