Biang Biang Noodles
Biang Biang specialises in springy, hand-pulled noodles and flaky Chinese rougamo burgers. Originating from the northwestern province of Shaanxi, biang biang noodles are known for their long and flat hand pulled noodles resembling pasta. These are tossed in secret spicy chilli oil and served piping hot.
Other dishes include rougamou (also known as the world's oldest burger) aromatic noodle soups, and traditional Xi'an side dishes.
