Beneath Driver Lane
With a name that perfectly describes its location, Beneath Driver Lane is a bar occupying the underground space that used to be the money order office for the General Post Office.
The drinks menu is an extensive list of classic cocktails with a modern twist, plus over 400 bottles of spirits including whisky, gin, rum, brandy, and vodka. The French bistro-style bar food offers classics such as minute hangar steak, country-style terrine, steak tartare, just to name a few.
There's live blues music on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
