Belles Hot Chicken

  • Cafe
  • Restaurant

Dine at the Elizabeth Street venue to enjoy delicious hot chicken washed down with a cold beer or wine, soulful service, and while listening to great tunes.

Belles' comfort kitchen menu is food that makes you feel good and is fun to eat. Harking back to Nashville roots, there’s something for everyone, including Nashville-style hot chicken, house sides, and options for non-hot chicken fiends and vegos too.

Since 2014 Belles has proudly served a simple, approachable and craveable menu. Four cuts of chicken, six heat levels, four house sides and two sandwiches is what they’re known for – all served in classic red baskets, polished steel platters or their tongue-in-cheek take on a bucket.

As Belles has grown up, they’ve upped their beverage game. While traditionally a natural wine focus, Belles now has a fun, refreshing and sessionable drinks focus perfectly matched to their food as well as after-work tipples.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.

We accept the invitation in the Uluru Statement from the Heart and are committed to walking together to build a better future. For more information, visit Aboriginal Melbourne.
