It’s finished with more crushed pistachios on top. Expect sweet, buttery, crispy textures in every bite. There's limited stock each day, so get in early before it's gone.

Rongcha – Dubai chocolate strawberries

Rongcha serves some of Melbourne's best Thai-inspired toasts and playful sweets. But it's the Dubai strawberry dessert that has people rushing in. It comes loaded with kanafeh, chocolate, and crushed pistachio. It’s crispy, gooey, and available for a short time only. The cafe also serves pandan affogatos and ube butter toast. Miguelitos – Kunafa pistachio chocolate sundae

Miguelitos specialises in Filipino soft serve with rotating flavours. The kunafa pistachio chocolate sundae fuses Dubai-style kunafa with sweet soft serve. Topped with pistachio and syrup, it’s rich and crunchy. You’ll find it in Manchester Lane. Ube and mango flavours are also worth trying.

Miguelitos

Kumo – Pistachio Papi pancakes

Kumo serves cloud-like soufflé pancakes, made with a custom technique. The Pistachio Papi pancakes come stuffed with pistachio paste. The pancakes are finished with raspberry powder and a scoop of ice cream. Soft, fluffy, and rich, this is a sit-down dessert worth booking in for. The stacked drinks menu is worth perusing, too.

Le Yeahllow – Pistachio luxe cake

Le Yeahllow makes elaborate, photo-worthy cakes in the city. The pistachio luxe cake is inspired by Dubai-style chocolate bars. It’s rich pistachio cream, kataifi crunch, and dark chocolate in slice form. Looks like a chocolate bar, eats like a dream. Available in-store for takeaway or dine in.

Sulhwa – triple pistachio shaved ice

Sulhwa is known for over-the-top bingsu and desserts. The triple pistachio bowl is stacked with praline, roasted nuts, and pistachio ice cream. Finished with Meiji strawberry coulis for a sweet contrast, it’s one of the team's most popular limited drops. Available in-store or online for a short time.

Yo-Chi – Pistachio Papi cheesecake and sauce

Yo-Chi lets you build your own froyo bowl with loads of toppings. The limited-edition Pistachio Papi cheesecake is available at all stores. You can also add Pistachio Papi sauce to any base. Plus, it's vegan friendly to boot! Head to Carlton to build your bowl.

This QV bakery is famous for creative, fluffy doughnuts. Joey's Dubai chocolate version has pistachio kataifi, dark chocolate coating, and a soft centre. It’s sweet, crunchy, and rich with every bite. Drop in early, it sells fast. The shop also serves toasties from Sloppy Joe’s next door.
