Seniors in Melbourne: Meet the Author with Robert Skinner

In partnership with Seniors in Melbourne, Mary Martin Bookshop has invited the beloved Melbourne author, Robert Skinner to kick start a series of events curated specifically for a senior audience.

A local talent and well-known figure of the Melbourne's literary scene, Robert will bring a broad grin to your face as he reads from his book ‘I’d Rather Not’.

Robert is the inaugural John Clarke Prize for humour writing (2025) winner awarded by the Victorian Premier’s Literary Awards Committee.

Ticket price includes light refreshments, 10% discount for books purchased within the session, and a traders discount at Market Espresso cafe.
