Mindful Meets: A Tea Omakase & Breath Experience

  • Workshop
  • Community

If you’ve been craving deeper connections and you love tea, then this event is for you.

Put your phone away, and step into something softer, slower, more intentional. A curated morning for reflection and meaningful conversations, grounding breath work and tea.

Gather round for a curated sensory tea experience using blends from The Herborium, and learn how teas can support our wellbeing. You can also expect guided breath practice, deep chats and gentle connections, with a gratitude circle to conclude.

Come as you are, and leave a little lighter, hopefully with some new connections made.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.

We accept the invitation in the Uluru Statement from the Heart and are committed to walking together to build a better future. For more information, visit Aboriginal Melbourne.
