Mellow Habits Floating Sound Bath

  • Community
  • Events

Unwind with a serene floating experience combining breath, sound and stillness.

This unique session, created with Mellow Habits, begins with slow, guided breathing to help ease tension and quiet the mind while you rest on a floating surface. You’ll then drift into a sound immersion where tones from Tibetan bowls, gongs and other instruments travel through the water and your body, encouraging deep relaxation.

In a softly lit tranquil setting you'll have time to rest and gently reawaken after the session.
