Learn to Cook Thai: Green Curry Prawns and Thai Roti

Get hands-on at BangPop with a flavour-packed Thai cooking experience.

In this immersive class you’ll learn to pound your own green curry paste using traditional Thai herbs and spices. Then cook a fragrant green curry with prawns and fresh seasonal vegetables. Plus you'll knead, stretch and fry golden, flaky Thai roti. Afterwards sit back and enjoy your meal with a Thai-inspired mocktail and drink.

Whether you’re a returning guest or it’s your first time in the BangPop kitchen, this class is a great way to master new skills and enjoy a delicious day out on the riverfront. Take home your curry paste and recipe card so you can recreate the experience anytime.
