Renowned fashion couturier and accessories designer Gregory Ladner presents his latest body of work, Hidden Figures.
After a celebrated career in fashion, Gregory returned to his early passion for painting. His journey began with vibrant bird portraits but soon evolved into abstract works where unexpected forms emerge. In these paintings, faces, figures, and creatures seem to appear from the interplay of colour and texture — sometimes seen immediately, sometimes only once pointed out.
Hidden Figures captures this dialogue between artist, artwork, and viewer, inviting audiences to discover their own visions within each piece.
Ladner describes himself as a purely decorative painter, free from heavy symbolism, guided instead by the joy of creating. His love of life drawing and keen eye for design continue to inform his work, connecting his past in fashion with his present in fine art.
All are invited to the opening reception on Saturday 18 October, 2pm - 4pm.
