David George Holm: Drawing the City Book Launch

Visit the Hill of Content Bookshop Melbourne for an evening with leading Australian architects David George Holm and Patrick Ness in conversation. Together they'll launch David's fascinating new book, Drawing the City, a hand-drawn journey through some of the world's most famous and densely populated cities.

Holm is an architect, author and artist. Practising as an architect, he has completed award winning design internationally over the last 40 years. Passionate about drawing, he has published two books, Drawing Italy and Drawing Paris. His sketch books have been acquired by the State Library of NSW, and he regularly runs drawing masterclasses. His drawings and artworks have been exhibited throughout Australia, and he has lectured on aspects of urbanity, public place, transport design and drawing worldwide over the last 25 years.
