Terms and Conditions for the Christmas Stamp Trail promotion (Promotion)
By entering the Promotion you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Promotion is being run by Melbourne City Council (City of Melbourne), ABN 55 370 219 287, 120 Swanston Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 (Council).
By participating in the Promotion you accept these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of the supplier of the prizes.
Information about how to participate and details of the prize/s offered will be published on Council’s What’s On Melbourne website.
The Promotion will commence on 28 November 2025 at 12am and run for 27 days, closing on 24 December 2025 at 11.59pm, and any entry that is not received during this period will be invalid.
There will be one prize draw of one prize pack to be won, which includes:
$1000 Crown Resorts gift voucher
$500 Emporium Melbourne gift voucher
$500 Melbourne Central gift voucher
$500 QV Melbourne gift voucher
$300 Delia Group (Maha) gift voucher
$200 The Block Arcade gift voucher
$200 Collins 234 gift voucher

To enter the Promotion, you must visit the information desk during opening hours at all promoted locations (Entry Points) and collect all five Christmas Stamps on the Christmas Map to reveal the Christmas Codeword. Once complete, scan the QR code on the Christmas Map and complete the online entry form during the Promotion period as stated. You must provide your name, email and Christmas Codeword to validly enter the draw. Entry Points are located at:

Emporium Melbourne
Melbourne Central
Entrants must be 18 years or over.
Employees or immediate family members of an employee of Council or its contractors are ineligible to enter.
Entrants are permitted one entry. An entrant may not submit an entry on behalf of someone else.
Incomplete, illegible or incorrect entries, or entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, will not be eligible to win.
Winners will be selected by random computer generated system and must meet all eligibility criteria as stated in clauses 4, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 above.
Council’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be contacted by email within three business days of the draw.
If contacted by Council, you have five business days to respond to Council’s contact. Once that time period has elapsed, you forfeit your prize and Council will select another winner.
Winners’ first initial and last name will be published on Council’s What’s On Melbourne website.
The prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by each of the contributing businesses. Each prize must be redeemed within the period stated. The winner must pay for any purchases that exceed the prize values.
Council reserves the right to request proof of age and identity of the winner before awarding the prize and if Council determines that the winner is ineligible, the winner automatically forfeits the prize and a new winner may be selected.
Council accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Council is not responsible for technical difficulties with the entry mechanism and does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times.
If Council is required to change the prize, it will be for a prize of equal or greater retail value.
The prize value is correct as at the date of printing.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
In all matters relating to the Promotion, all decisions of Council and its staff will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entered into.
Any personal information collected by Council will be treated in accordance with Council’s Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions.
By entering the Promotion, you agree for Council to use your name and email address to contact you for participation in a post-event survey, and you consent to such use.
Where you have opted-in on your entry form, Council will use your name and email address to subscribe you to the What’s On Melbourne newsletter database to notify you of events and activities held within the City of Melbourne, with the ability to unsubscribe from the newsletter database if you no longer wish Council to retain your details for this purpose. Any personal information added to the newsletter database will be treated in accordance with What’s On Melbourne’s Privacy Policy.
Council will not disclose your information to any other external party without your consent, unless required or authorised by law.
Personal information
You have been asked to provide your full name and email address on the entry form so Council can contact you if you are a prize winner and for participation in a post-event survey. If this personal information is not provided, you will be unable to participate in the competition.
Winners will have their first initial and last name published on the What’s On Melbourne website. Winners may have their contact details disclosed to third parties only where required to claim their prize. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any external party without your consent, unless required or authorised by law.
