Yum Sing House's Ian Ho x Chef Cameron Tay

  • Events
  • Food and drink

For one night only, the restaurant welcomes Chef Cameron Tay (ex-Attica, Amaru) for a collaborative dinner with the Yum Sing House's Head Chef Ian Ho. Both chefs have spent their careers refining European technique in some of the country's most celebrated kitchens; for one night, they're bringing that training back to where it started, joining forces on a menu built around the flavours they grew up on.

Every guest will be welcomed with a complimentary cocktail featuring VOIR's Cherry Blossom liqueur (lychee), followed by a menu of Malaysian classics reimagined through their lens, ranging from reworked beloved street food favourites including curried sardine parfait tart, kam heong pippies with churros, bluefin tuna carpaccio, chicken rice with egg yolk seasoning, and a banana and peanut apam balik with smoked banana caramel to finish.
