Fern’s Hidden Winter Garden

  • Food and drink

Fern’s Hidden Winter Garden invites guests to discover a warm, unique winter dining experience tucked within Fern Bar & Dining.

Hidden away on Level 2 of Hotel Indigo Little Collins, three private botanical conservatories create an intimate escape for small groups of 4–6 guests. Surrounded by greenery, fairy lights and thoughtful touches, each conservatory feels hidden from the street outside.

Available for breakfast, brunch and dinner, the experience is designed for slow mornings, cosy catch-ups and memorable evenings with your favourite people. Set menus include shared entrées, plated mains and desserts to share, with highlights such as oysters, wagyu rump and chocolate fondue.

Pair your experience with Giant Steps wines or signature cocktails by Little Lon Distilling Co, including theatrical tableside serves.

Gather your favourite people for an intimate winter escape, lush enough to feel hidden from the city and warm enough to make this the best seat in Melbourne this winter.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.

We accept the invitation in the Uluru Statement from the Heart and are committed to walking together to build a better future. For more information, visit Aboriginal Melbourne.
