Fern’s Hidden Winter Garden

  • Events
  • Food and drink

Fern’s Hidden Winter Garden invites guests to discover a warm and unique winter dining experience tucked within Fern Bar & Dining.

Hidden away on Level 2 of Hotel Indigo Melbourne Little Collins, three private botanical conservatories create an intimate escape for up to six guests. Surrounded by lush greenery, soft fairy lights and thoughtful hospitality touches, each conservatory feels worlds away from the street outside.

Set menus are designed to be savoured, with shared entrées, plated mains and desserts to share. Premium menu highlights include freshly shucked oysters, wagyu rump and a rich chocolate fondue to finish.

Guests can enjoy signature cocktails by Little Lon Distilling Co, Melbourne’s only city distillery, including a tableside spectacle of glowing bubbles, rising smoke and vivid colour, alongside wines from Giant Steps.

Intimate enough for six, lush enough to feel hidden from the city, and warm enough to make this the best seat in Melbourne this winter.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.
