Triptych

  • Theatre
  • Dance

Cementing Lewis Major's reputation as one of the most innovative and emotionally resonant choreographers working in Australia and across the world, Triptych returns home after making its mark on the international stage.

Since its premiere, Triptych has collected a string of five-star reviews and major awards, including Best Dance at Adelaide Fringe, the Spirit of the Fringe Award at Edinburgh Fringe and Overall Best Dance Work at Sydney Fringe.

What sets Triptych apart is its extraordinary integration of choreography, lighting and sound. Animated light pulses and shifts in perfect synchronicity with the dancers, creating mesmerising visual illusions: pathways suspended in darkness, constellations of light that ripple across bodies and immersive landscapes that seem to move and breathe around the performers.

Inventive, emotionally resonant and visually stunning, Triptych creates a world that feels both cutting-edge and deeply human.
