Take a seat in the studio and dive into the health and wellness topics everyone’s talking about, with expert insights, celebrity guests, live musical performances and lucky dip prizes – and best of all, it’s free.

On Thursday, August 17th, beloved actor Bernard Curry, Hawthorn Hawks legend Robert "Dipper" DiPierdomenico, and Aussie music royalty You Am I join for the morning record at 9:50am.

Then, sit down with Indigenous artist and AFL legend Gavin Wanganeen and homegrown comedian Jimmy Rees for the afternoon session at 2:35pm.
