The Goblin Ball

  • Nightlife
  • Cabaret

Melbourne’s immersive fantasy masquerade returns for its 13th year.

Step inside The Goblin Ball and enter the House of Sand and Sin, a living world where crime is currency, secrets are traded freely, and every guest becomes part of the story.

The Goblin Ball blends immersive theatre, live cabaret and burlesque, interactive storytelling, dancing, and some of Melbourne’s most extraordinary costumes. Meet a cast of fantasy characters, uncover mysteries, trade trinkets with fellow guests, and explore the night at your own pace.

Costumes are encouraged but not required. Guests arrive in everything from simple masks to elaborate handcrafted creations, with selected attendees crowned Best Dressed and awarded prizes each night.

Whether you arrive alone or with friends, The Goblin Ball welcomes all who seek a night of magic, mischief, and adventure.
