The Father's Day Founding Five: A Single Malt Whisky Tasting

  • Events
  • Food and drink

Join David Baker, alongside his sons Andrew and Matt, for an intimate Father's Day afternoon exploring five archival whiskies that have helped shape Bakery Hill over 27 years.

Personally selected by David, each whisky marks a chapter in their history. As each dram is poured, the Baker family shares stories of the casks, the decisions behind them, and the moments that never made it onto the label.

On arrival, you'll be welcomed with a local craft beer before settling in with a gourmet charcuterie board as the tasting begins. Five rare releases will be poured: Double Wood Cask Strength (2022), Eldorado second edition (2024), Blunderbuss fourth edition (2026), A Wisp of Smoke (2017) and Peated Double Wood (2022).

At the close of the tasting, you're invited to hand fill and label your own bottle of Bakery Hill Single Malt Whisky. This add-on can be purchased with your ticket or on the day. A small piece of Bakery Hill history, bottled by your own hands.
