Presented by Mister Co in partnership with the City of Melbourne's Busking Program, Our City, Our Artists: The Road to Homegrown celebrates Melbourne's thriving independent music scene. A rotating lineup of local artists will perform at some of the city's most iconic busking locations, bringing energy, creativity and live music to the heart of the CBD.

The program features curated lineups that transform public spaces into vibrant performance hubs.

The journey culminates at Homegrown Festival on 21 November at the historic Royal Melbourne Hotel. This 12-hour, three-stage event showcases 26 Melbourne artists, bridging grassroots talent and world-class production while celebrating the performers who help shape the city's cultural identity.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.
