Thrive: Multicultural Women’s Festival 2025 is a dynamic celebration of culture, connection and creativity, taking over Federation Square.

This free, all-day event brings together communities from across Victoria for a rich program of live music, dance, fashion and cultural storytelling. Festivalgoers can enjoy a melting pot of delicious global cuisines, vibrant performances and an inspiring fashion showcase.

Workshops and panels will explore vital topics including health and wellbeing, as well as practical sessions on legal rights, housing and discrimination.

A cultural storytelling panel will feature powerful voices sharing lived experiences of migration, resilience and identity.

With a line-up of performers, workshops and interactive activations for all ages, Thrive promises to be a landmark celebration of diversity and strength – empowering women and uniting communities in the heart of Melbourne.
