Melbourne Fringe Festival Opening Night Gala

Melbourne Fringe Festival opens with a one-night-only gala beneath the lit arches of the Capitol Theatre.

Award-winning comedian, actor, singer and writer Michelle Brasier hosts 90-minutes of performances hand-picked from across a program of more than 450 events. It's everything Fringe does best – bold ideas, high-voltage performances, and independent art with heat you can feel from the back row.

The night features host Michelle Brasier, with the cast of Briefs: The Works, Jude Perl, the cast of Holding the VĀ, Tegan Higginbotham, Jasmine Babbar, the cast of In Green, In White, the cast of Mass Hysteria, Kitty Obsidian, Creepy Boys, and the cast of Not Soooo Fresh.

You’ll leave buzzing, bragging, and probably booking tickets in the lobby.
