Melbourne's biggest celebration of Diwali, the Festival of Lights returns to Marvel Stadium Square.

Join thousands of Melburnians for a free day of colour, culture, dance, live music, food, market stalls and a dazzling lights display.

Enjoy classical, folk, and Bollywood dance performances; watch Melbourne's best talent on stage in dance competitions; enjoy food trucks and stalls featuring vegetarian cuisine from across India; and browse the market stalls of fashion, jewellery, art, and gifts. There will activities for kids and family-friendly zones.

Melbourne Diwali is a celebration of Indian culture, open to the whole community – families, friends, and anyone who wants to experience the Festival of Lights is welcome.

Come celebrate light over darkness, together.
