Melbourne singer-songwriter Lucas Miller will perform live throughout the afternoon and Sea Kings will run the live shucking station, opening Signature Appellation Sydney rock oysters and South Australian Gazander Pacific Oysters to order.

Guests can taste both varieties with assorted condiments while learning about their growing regions, farming methods and distinctive flavours.
