Hon Maguro Week at Warabi

Hon Maguro Week offers guests a rare opportunity to experience every facet of southern bluefin tuna.

Opening Night: Tuesday 14 July, 6pm
Chef Counter $450 per person, Window Table $395 per person
Guests will be welcomed with a tuna bone marrow martini before enjoying a traditional Kagami Biraki sake barrel-breaking ceremony and live tuna cutting demonstration led by Nori Koizumi and Chef Hajime.

Tuna Omakase: Wednesday 15 July to Saturday 18 July, 6pm and 8.30pm, $285 per person.
Showcasing the fish across a variety of preparations and cuts, this limited-edition menu highlights the distinct characteristics of each cut, from lean akami to richly marbled ōtoro.

Sushi Making Masterclass: Saturday 18 July, 2pm–4pm, $300 per person
Join Chef Hajime for an intimate hands-on sushi masterclass exploring the fundamentals of traditional Edomae-style sushi.

Hon Maguro Experience Package: $525 per person
Combine the Sushi Making Masterclass and Tuna Omakase for a special package.
