High Cheese

  • Events
  • Food and drink

The most anticipated time of the year for cheese and wine lovers returns to Allegro, the signature restaurant of The Westin Melbourne.

High Cheese invites you into a chef-led journey by Apoorva Kunte, where exceptional cheeses are transformed into a refined three-tier experience of sweet and savoury creations.

In collaboration with Supercheese's Jeremy Spradbery, each cheese has been carefully selected for its provenance, character, and quality, before being reinterpreted through Apoorva’s creative lens.

Elevate your experience with curated pairings from Punt Road Wines, available as a $30 wine flight or a bottle to enjoy.

This is not high tea as you know it. This is High Cheese.
