A hidden gem in the heart of Melbourne's city centre, Hopetoun Bake Shop is a modern English bakery by the iconic Hopetoun Tea Rooms, established in 1892.

At Hopetoun Bake Shop the pastry kitchen takes centre stage, where traditional baking meets contemporary flair. Talented pastry chefs create delightful treats as you watch - from cakes, pastries, and biscuits to quiches and their beloved sandwiches, all crafted with passion and baked to perfection right before your eyes.

Enjoy their signature Devonshire tea, featuring famous Hopetoun scones with house-made berry jam, Gippsland jersey cream, and a pot of one of 24 unique teas.

They also offer the Vintage Tea Stand, including sandwiches, savoury pastries, petit sweets, scones with jam and cream, and two pots of tea or coffee - perfect for a leisurely afternoon escape.

Hopetoun Bake Shop is also your perfect choice for a celebration cake, with a delightful range to suit every occasion.
