Hidden City: Holiday Program

  • Family and kids
  • Workshop

A full-day writing workshop of ancient secrets and maze-like maps.

The archaeologist stares intently at the intricate tapestry. But it's not just a tapestry… it's a map! An entire city, lost in time, the entrance to which lies right beneath our feet. Welcome to the Hidden City. What ancient civilisation created this moribund metropolis? Is there anyone down there? Or any thing? And most importantly, who possesses the curiosity and courage to tread down the stone staircase?

During this day of ancient adventure writing, you'll be crafting characters, languages, maps and more, where ideas are city-sized and the stories come to life. What will your hidden city hide?

For ages 8-12 years.
