Father’s Day Burger Workshop

  • Workshop
  • Activity

Celebrate Father’s Day with a hands-on burger workshop at Henry and the Fox. Join Executive Chef Malcolm Williams and Terry P as they guide you through making the ultimate burger from scratch.

You’ll learn how to choose the right cuts of beef, prepare a 70/30 chuck-to-brisket blend, hand-cut and mince your own burger mix, then form, season and cook patties over high heat.

Guests will also make three house-made condiments to jar and take home: spiced zucchini pickle, beer and honey mustard, and bourbon and coke BBQ sauce.

Once the grill is fired up, build your burger with fresh chuck and brisket patties, crispy bacon, Swiss cheese, pickled jalapeños, chipotle slaw, salad bar fixings and soft milk buns.

This class is perfect for complete beginners, confident home cooks and serious burger fans alike. Ticket includes a beer on arrival, hands-on workshop, outdoor grilling session, burger feast, take-home patties and all ingredients and equipment.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.
