Extra Lives: Video Game Concert

Gaming and live music collide at Fortress Melbourne as Extra Lives brings the world's first audience RPG (role-playing game) to the stage.

Extra Lives is a fully narrated, choose-your-own-adventure game where the whole room is the main character. The story plays out with visuals, sound effects and footage drawn from classic console games of the 1980s, '90s and 2000s, all backed by a live score from the four-piece band.

At key moments the audience votes on what happens next, unlocking different story branches, with multiple endings and more than 60 possible variations. No two nights play out the same.

Fortress is a licensed venue and valid ID is required on entry. This is an 18+ event from 8pm. Tickets are non-refundable.
