D.O.C Delicatessen by Night

  • Events
  • Food and drink

Step inside D.O.C Delicatessen after hours for an intimate dinner celebrating Italy’s regional food culture.

For four Friday evenings in August, the delicatessen transforms into a small dining room surrounded by shelves of Italian produce, wines and pantry staples. Guests enjoy a seasonal shared menu inspired by the ingredients that define D.O.C, from house-baked bread and antipasti through to handmade pasta, a main course and dessert, with optional matched wines available.

Each dinner is limited to a small number of guests, creating a relaxed communal atmosphere that reflects the traditions of Italian hospitality. Every guest also receives a carefully selected D.O.C pantry item to take home.

D.O.C Delicatessen by Night offers a rare opportunity to experience one of Melbourne’s most established Italian delicatessens in a completely different way, where the shop closes, the lights dim and dinner begins.
