The Gnocchi Project embodies the timeless art of handmade pasta, crafting gnocchi with 70% potato, ensuring each dish is fresh and authentically Italian. The menu includes delicate gnocchi, rich fettucine, spaghetti, panini and more. The diverse gnocchi menu features flavours like potato, parmesan and cracked pepper, and beetroot, basil and pecorino.

Owner and Executive Chef Stan Delimitrou began his culinary journey in the early 1990s under the guidance of a 70-year-old Italian chef, Maria. The Gnocchi Project offers masterclasses where participants can learn pasta-making techniques from Stan himself.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.
