Only the finest grade Belgian Callebaut chocolate is used for Casa del Gelato’s rich chocolate range, and its cream range uses fresh Australian milk, cream and eggs.
For those who prefer their ice cream dairy-free, Casa del Gelato’s vegan range comes in a variety of flavours such as soy coffee, soy chocolate and soy pistachio.
