The award-winning Casa del Gelato has been making delicious ice cream on Lygon Street since 1980.

The shop’s fruit gelati and sorbets are made with fresh Australian produce and are fat, gluten and dairy-free. The 62 flavours include green apple, lemon, mango and pink grapefruit.

Only the finest grade Belgian Callebaut chocolate is used for Casa del Gelato’s rich chocolate range, and its cream range uses fresh Australian milk, cream and eggs.

For those who prefer their ice cream dairy-free, Casa del Gelato’s vegan range comes in a variety of flavours such as soy coffee, soy chocolate and soy pistachio.
