The program teaches basic fitness, ball skills and an introduction to game play, with the emphasis on having fun. Everything is supplied: all you need to bring is yourself and your playing gear.
The program is targeted at females who are new or inexperienced players, but all are welcome.
Attendance at all sessions is not required. Meet near the Southern Pavilion, on the Royal Parade side of Princes Park.
