Switch: Strengthen Women in Touch Football

Princes Park Touch is running a free learn to play touch footy (rugby) and fitness program to strengthen women in touch football.

The program teaches basic fitness, ball skills and an introduction to game play, with the emphasis on having fun. Everything is supplied: all you need to bring is yourself and your playing gear.

The program is targeted at females who are new or inexperienced players, but all are welcome.

Attendance at all sessions is not required. Meet near the Southern Pavilion, on the Royal Parade side of Princes Park.
