Quadball Come and Try Sessions

Join for a fun and inclusive come and try quadball session, perfect for beginners and anyone curious about this fast-paced, mixed gender sport. Quadball combines elements of rugby, dodgeball, and handball, creating an exciting game that’s easy to pick up and great for fitness, teamwork, and meeting new people.

No prior experience is needed. Their friendly players will guide you through the basics, including rules, skills, and gameplay. Whether you’re looking to stay active, try something new, or just have a good time, this session is for you.

Wear comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity, along with runners,and bring a water bottle.

Come along, give it a go, and see what quadball is all about.
