Disunited States is a new work that explores Richard Mealey's disillusionment with being an American, and the growing unease of no longer having a real home. Filled with characters from different slices of Americana, he exposes truths both obvious and hidden. Asking the questions we've all been wondering; Why can't they give up their guns? What's wrong with believing science? And why can't they drive through a simple roundabout?
