Buffer Room Exhibition

Buffer Room is a contemporary group exhibition exploring belonging, movement, and the meaning of home in a constantly shifting world. The exhibition brings together emerging artists across installation, painting, sculpture, moving image, and interdisciplinary practices.

Through themes of migration, memory, identity, and transition, Buffer Room transforms the gallery into a space between staying and leaving – where audiences are invited to reflect on how home can be carried through objects, habits, emotions, and shared experiences.

Alongside the exhibition, the program includes artist talks, workshops, performances, and community gatherings that encourage conversation and cross-cultural exchange in an open and inclusive environment.

Presented by Creative Asia Foundation and Australia Multi & Culture Council. Entry is free but RSVP is required for opening night events.
