Blake Everett: Tight Five

A comedian (Blake) wakes up in his bed and realises he's running late to his own show. If he leaves now, he should make it to the venue with enough time to perform five minutes of stand-up comedy.

Blake Everett has been performing comedy since he was 14, and has been 'stuck in traffic' for even longer. In this absurd comedy-theatre show Blake's worst anxiety nightmare comes to fruition as he wakes up, at home, at showtime and sets off on a race against the clock to make the show (so that no one can claim a refund). Will Blake make it? Who's to say? But maybe it's not about the tight five, maybe it's about the journey.
