The Biennale of Colour and Light returns for its sixth edition, curated by West End Art Space Gallery Founder Anna Prifti. This biennale continues its mission to provide a platform for women abstract artists from the state of Victoria, a tradition that began in 2016. The initiative aims to showcase and advocate for the significant contributions of women artists to the Abstract movement.
Filitsa Giannopoulos will be the Guest Judge for this years Biennale of Colour and Light.
Filitsa is an independent curator, creative consultant and cultural producer dedicated to supporting contemporary Australian artists through exhibition making, creative collaboration and community engagement. As founder of Nina & Pequito, she creates opportunities for artists, businesses and communities to connect through thoughtful curation, partnerships and cultural projects.
