Miseryguts: The Return of Bert Misery

  • Comedy
  • Music

Bert Misery is a solo comedy country and blues musician. Nobody has the blues like a former teacher and out of work writer.

The ex-lead singer of legendary indy Melbourne 1990s post folk-punk rock cabaret duo, Bert Misery and the Miserytones, is back.

Bert Misery is returning to musical satire after twenty-five years because, shockingly, it is a more promising industry than tertiary education.

In the post-apocalyptic, pre-AI environment of our contemporary information economy, Bert is on a mission to spread simple undergraduate education disguised as jokes and songs.

Join Bert for 50 minutes of obscure b-sides and songs from the new album, MiseryGuts: The Return of Bert Misery, because 'they' don't want you to.
