Join for a one-night-only ticketed exclusive dinner, created exclusively around the 20th Birthday Menu. The evening begins with a welcome glass of Champagne on the house, before guests are seated to experience the menu in full.
Created especially for the occasion, the menu showcases exceptional Australian produce through dishes including Tathra oyster with ash dressing and finger lime, Bruce Collis's rock flathead with smoked buttermilk and broad beans, Ben Collinson’s coral trout with tomato XO, David Blackmore's full blood Wagyu Denver and Cape Grim Pure Black F1 Wagyu sirloin on the bone, alongside signature sides and celebratory desserts.
Throughout the evening, guests will also hear from a selection of the producers and partners behind the menu, sharing the stories, craft and longstanding relationships that have become part of Rockpool Bar & Grill Melbourne’s story.
