Established in 1987, Et Al opened its first retail store in 2006 and has since built a strong reputation for its distinctive aesthetic — relaxed tailoring, elegant draping, and avant-garde silhouettes. The brand balances innovative design with everyday wearability, placing a strong emphasis on refined craftsmanship and premium fabrications.

In 2013 they introduced a dedicated menswear line, complementing its existing range of leather goods, sunglasses, accessories and a curated selection of niche fragrances sourced from around the world.

As one of Melbourne’s most accomplished fashion houses, Et Al is renowned for its timeless designs that transcend gender, age, and style. Each piece is crafted in limited runs of 8 to 24, offered in six sizes (AU 8–18), the range celebrates all body types with effortless elegance. The Flinders Lane store has become a must-visit for creatives and style seekers, offering a relaxed space and passionate, knowledgeable staff.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.

We accept the invitation in the Uluru Statement from the Heart and are committed to walking together to build a better future. For more information, visit Aboriginal Melbourne.
