Celebration Day: Victorian Seniors Festival

Come join in a celebration of older Victorians, their friends, allies and families. Celebration Day welcomes and encourages all to enjoy and engage in wonderful performances.

The Fed Square precinct will come to life with entertainment featuring the passion and talents of mainly older artists. Enjoy music, dance and workshops across the Main Square, Birrarung Marr Stage and Zinc Studio.

A special feature will be an interactive and intergenerational ukulele performance. Bring along your uke and play along with older and younger Victorians from across the state.

Register on Seniors Online to receive a player’s toolkit or come along to enjoy the experience.

To celebrate 100 years of Table Tennis Victoria there will also be a pop-up table tennis activation. Get tips from ambassadors representing member clubs from across the state.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.
