Join chef, author and all-round food legend Tobie Puttock, and resident food saving queen Fi Smith, at the Moving Feast Kitchen in the Purpose Precinct at Queen Victoria Market - an innovation space that's all about tackling food waste and food insecurity. They'll guide you on how to make the perfect sweet relish using whatever ingredients you have on hand.

Learn to craft a tangy, versatile relish using leftover ingredients. Get a fresh perspective on using seasonal produce with a circular food system approach. Taste a selection of products that have been created from rescued produce. Take home your own jar of relish made with rescued ingredients from the Queen Victoria Market.
